Wilson H. Flohr
President & Chief Executive Officer
For 15 years, Wilson H. Flohr served vice president/general manager of Paramount's King Dominion. He began his career with a New York ad agency, which led to a position in marketing with Walt Disney World. He advanced through the theme park marketing ranks until he was named vice president/general manager of Carowinds in Charlotte, NC and, two years later he was promoted to run Kings Dominion located in Richmond, VA.
Wilson served as chairman of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, of its Youth Matters literacy effort, and of the Metropolitan Richmond and Convention and Visitors Bureau. He was appointed by three governors to the board of the Virginia Division of Tourism, now known as the Virginia Tourism Corporation, serving as its chairman.

Robert L. Dortch, Jr.
Community Relations Director
Robert comes to Richmond Region 2007 with a long and success track record in community involvement. Currently, he remains the Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Chesterfield County, VA.
Previously, Robert was an Executive Director for two local non-profits, a teacher, writer, artist, motivational speaker and consultant who has collaborated with more than 100 organizations locally, nationally and globally. Robert has helped inspire various organizations on how to ethically integrate holistic strategic solutions that are purposeful, practical and profitable. One of the highlights of his life was when he had the opportunity to teach and preach in Ghana, West Africa. He serves on various boards and community initiatives that seek to enhance the well-being and quality of life of our society.
Robert is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. In addition, Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University with a Master of Divinity degree.
